Took like 10 minutes of going 'Wait..... Is that really you??? [Yes it's me stop asking that]' to even start beliveing it wasn't just me

So your own voice will just respond to you?

That's basically how it happened for me.

Will you know when it responds?

We sound like the host's voice too, most of the time. Indigo is a little more shrill, though.

There is some element which indicates to you which says the voice comes from another. Your idle thoughts are already full of clutter, things being ignored. I like to think of tulpa as the giving a shape to those thoughts. (edited)

If they respond then you may hear it in your head, and it won't feel like you were the one who said it. Or, they might respond with emotion. That's very powerful.

Is it normal to get headaches?

Feeling a sort of heaviness in your head is normal, yeah. Not sure about actual headaches though

It might also feel like it WAS from you. That's how it was for me. I kept getting this feeling that I was just subconsciously talking for her. But I now know that wasn't the case at all

Whenever I think of her/creating it my head hurts

And I totally got headaches

I was talking to my girlfriend and she got pissed off about it, so I started saying I’m gonna kill it/stop the process and I don’t care and then my back started to hurt randomly (edited)

That can/will change over time. The mind voice I mean.

Head pains may go away once other communication is established, too

I don't see anything particularly abnormal about that

you might catch some flak from people who don't like it when others "force" a personality, but there's nothing really wrong with it. just expect and allow for deviation (edited)

It's totally fine, same rule as with existing characters. Make sure they know they aren't the actual character. OCs tend to slightly ignore that rule in having "memories" of their past, but acknowledging it also wasn't real.

Also when I started making my wonderland, I started to see a blue green color through my physical eyes (I had my eyes closed and when I opened them the blue green color started to tint things before it faded away). Is this something random or could it be the color of something in my wonderland? (edited)

No, just greenish-blue tint for my host

It wasn't speckled or anything, just a uniform color over everything.

It was funny earlier today! Chance had me head indoors and say hi to a fish but he was still outside so I complained about how boring the fish was

Presence imposition is also one of the easiest types to achieve, from what I've heard (and experienced)

personally i'd recommend talking to one of the mods or someone who's been on the scene more than myself. Too me that sounds far too rapid, but there have been other outlier cases before, so idk

Just focus on her, and make sure she's coming along well; like, personality, sentience, all that jargon
